The delivery cost is included in the price so what you see is what you pay.
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to post the goods out when back in stock or refund you. Some items may be made to order. Goods will be sent out using the normal postal system. The delivery cost is included within the price for all items staying within the UK.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your purchase or if you have simply changed your mind, please return it with your original receipt within 14 days and Studio 61 will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it has not been used and is in the same condition as when you bought it. In the case where the products are one offs, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see what we can do.
We cannot exchange personalised items nor can we exchange earings due to health & hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately post and packaging costs are non refundable and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. In the event of the goods ever being damaged on their way out to you or faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
