How much is delivery?

The delivery cost is included in the price so what you see is what you pay.

How long does delivery take?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to post the goods out when back in stock or refund you. Some items may be made to order. Goods will be sent out using the normal postal system. The delivery cost is included within the price for all items staying within the UK.

Does this apply to outside of the UK?

No, unfortunately not. If you wish to order from outside of the UK, please call us on +44 (0) 1629 534532 and we will source the best delivery option for you.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your purchase or if you have simply changed your mind, please return it with your original receipt within 14 days and Studio 61 will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it has not been used and is in the same condition as when you bought it. In the case where the products are one offs, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see what we can do.

We cannot exchange personalised items nor can we exchange earings due to health & hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately post and packaging costs are non refundable and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. In the event of the goods ever being damaged on their way out to you or faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Business Ethic

Studio 61 business work ethic is to offer for sale original designed jewellery and goods made in the UK by talented designer/makers at a fair price. Under no circumstances will we deal with ethically unsound sources or imported goods.

Data Protection Act

Studio 61 Gallery takes your privacy very seriously and we are committed to providing our customers with an internet experience that respects your privacy. When you make an order we need to collect certain information to process your transaction and fulfil your order. This information is not passed to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.

We only retain your details if you request to remain on our database and therefore be kept informed of future exhibitions at Studio 61. We always remove addresses from our address book when requested to do so.
